I just completed the 110 km ride in Huntsville today, which marks my second time participating. I wanted to pass on to you what a great ride this is, and the organization and support are second to none. Great job to you and all the staff for a job extremely well done. All of us riders truly appreciate all the hard work that goes into planning an event such as this. Great job!
You did it again Jim. Thanks to all the volunteers, supporting businesses, HV for a truly great food spread and the Weather Gods for holding the storms off. It was a wonderful day, even the hills – a great route too.
Thanks again for a fabulous ride! It was our fourth year and truly a grand time was had. Special thanks for holding off the rain. We’ll be back.

Great ride over the weekend, I did the 110km ride and it was spectacular. Thanks to all of the volunteers (especially the blonde girl with the gorgeous smile at km85 with whom I fell in love and who motivated me to rocket to the finish!) as well as the police who protected us throughout the ride.
It was a pleasure to ride with everyone. I noticed at one point the Muskoka Cycling Club’s interest in the success of the riders, when they were the first to stop/slow down when a guy next to me dropped his chain. Really sensational that everyone was in it for everyone else.
I’ll be sure to be back next year. The guys I was with have pledged to amass some more base kms and kick the 170km ride next year.
So.. if you could, could you put the blonde girl somewhere around THAT course instead of the 110km course?
Thanks again – truly a wonderful ride.
Thanks for the great ride on Sunday! – It was so well routed too and those water stations were perfect. Hope to return next year! Have a great summer!
“Great event. Thanks to you and all the volunteers who made it happen. My friend and I had a fantastic time and will definitely have it on our calendars for next year. “
Second time doing STL and all I can say is “How do you organize a PERFECT ride two years in a row?” It is the BEST. Thank you.

Just want to say that I had an absolute blast doing your event today!!!! The 170k route was very scenic and little traffic!!! The support van was always around and the aid stations were very well supplied!!! Loved it and would do it again and highly recommended!!!!
Just a quick “Way to Go!” on behalf of the family members who participated in Sunday’s Lake of Bays ride. Though I could not participate this year due to injury, my husband, son, and a couple of friends headed up to Huntsville in anticipation of the ride ahead. The weather, being slightly less than perfect, did not dampen their spirits as the rode the 170? Km of undulating (hilly) roads. Ross, who just turned 18 said the route was way better than Ottawa’s Rideau Lakes Tour. He thoroughly enjoyed the fact the road was not straight and flat. . . LOVED the hills in fact (both going up . . . and especially going down!) Andrew said that, at one particular rest station, the attendant was outstanding. This was the gentleman who, not only cut the bananas in two, but also slit them lengthwise to make it easier for cold (numb) fingers to peel back the skins. He also saved them walking in wet muck by collecting all garbage on their behalf. At the end of the ride, it was great to sit down and enjoy a delicious meal and to recharge one’s batteries! Thanks to the outstanding work which went into the event from planning stage to the day of the ride itself, my family had a fantastic day. Please be sure to let everyone involved know their efforts were truly appreciated!Looking forward to next year’s ride,
